Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REBORN mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription & Billing

REBORN may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase.

• Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes / Apple Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
• You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Pricing may vary by region and is shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.

3. Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased a subscription using the same Apple ID, you can restore access using the “Restore Purchases” option in the App.

4. License & Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Health Disclaimer

REBORN provides habit-building and self-improvement tools. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

6. Availability & Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App (or parts of it) at any time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: privacy-policy.html.

9. Apple Standard EULA

If you prefer, you may also review Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps on the App Store. (You can link Apple EULA in your App Store description.)
